Cancellation terms and rates:
STANDARD RATE:
No advance payment is required.
A credit card is required as a guarantee.
The reservation is confirmed at the time of registration and the total balance must be paid within the 15th day of arrival.
Maximum time to cancel the reservation.
Failure to make payment deems us free to cancel the reservation.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be penalized.
NOT REFUNDABLE RATE:
The full amount of the reservation is discounted.
It is paid at the time of booking.
There are no cancellation options.
For bookings by bank transfer: we will wait 5 working days for the transaction.
